A Destination

Famously a retreat of the lost generation, The Renwick Hotel serves as home for John DeLucie's latest endeavor: Bedford and Co. At it’s core, Bedford & Co. is a fusion of art, culture, and devout passion for wholesome, simple food.

Bedford & Co.’s menu showcases regional dishes from land and sea, stemming from DeLucie’s memories made from traveling the world. DeLucie uses a simple approach in preparing the dishes over a wood-burning open grill, a tribute to the complex and bold flavors experienced in Argentina. The menu offers simple, inspired favorites, guided by New York’s local green markets and specialty butcher cuts.

Designed by Meg Sharpe Interiors, Bedford & Co.’s interior takes from the wood-burning grill, beautiful wood flooring, and poured concrete. The long bar is made of antique mirror and warmed-veined marble. Copper and leather panels accents speak to the beautiful custom lighting for the space. The fabric palette nods to the rustic, and the furniture is an eclectic mix of pieces ranging from mid-century modern to bamboo and rattan.

Bedford & Co is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on weekends.
